2. Mk2 Front Brake.- FB01R or L & FB02R or L
The alloy front brake has been improved by introducing a micrometer adjustment disk stabilising screw,(for the TT) to prevent the disk migrating off the wheel drive. Particularly needed for the TT hub.

Wheel base approx 309mm
The KP07s series of kits enable an inexpensive commercial kit to be converted in to a top of the range racing machine. With a frame width of only 34mm, the frame is extremely light, strong and spacious, so that the finished machine will have extreme performance and be capable of very high lean angles for maximum cornering power. Depending on the equipment used all up racing weight, as a superbike, can be from only approximately 1400gms to about 1650gms.
KP07-0 - Basic Kit
Basic kit making a high performance machine from the standard commercial kit, either TT or NF. Includes a main frame manufactured from 100% carbon fibre prepreg sheet, CNC machined alloy rear swing arm with quick change rear axle, CNC machine alloy steering head, stainless steel lay shaft with special ball races, all spacers screws and washers. The bike will accept most 85mm long shock absorbers.

Stainless steel king pin and ball races - BS05
Quick change battery mount – BS01
Alloy front brake - FB02 or FB03
KP07-1 – Standard Kit
Standard kit has all the specification of the basic kit but includes the quick change battery mount, rear shock absorber and spring.

KP07-2 – Pro
Professional model has all the spec. of the Standard kit, plus hydraulically damped front forks, king pin
and kingpin ball races.
